The problem we are solving
Running a workforce on paper is slow and risky. Jobs are arranged in group chats, cards are checked once and forgotten, timesheets arrive late, and the site paperwork lives in someone’s van. Nobody notices a CSCS card has expired until a site manager does, and by then someone has already turned up to work.
Bluelink WorkForce is the software we built to remove that. It is a mobile app for workers, companies, individuals and clients, plus a back-office console for our own team. Hiring, card checks, bookings, timesheets, inspections, documents and messages all live in one platform, and the app is live on both the App Store and Google Play.
It is an AI software project first and a staffing service second. Smart matching ranks workers by quality and distance, applicants are scored against vacancies, and our managed packages use AI for surveys, planning and monitoring. People review the results and make the final call. The same platform is the base for the robotics and further software services we describe below.

Compliance built in
Reminders go out at 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before a card expires. An expired CSCS, right to work or DBS blocks new work automatically, so compliance is not left to memory.
People stay in charge
AI ranks, scores and suggests. It does not decide who is hired or sent to site. The Bluelink team reviews and approves.
