The platform
An AI software project, built around real work.
Bluelink WorkForce began as the way Bluelink supplies and manages people on site. It is now a software platform in its own right: a mobile app for workers, companies, individuals and clients, and a back-office console for the Bluelink team. Hiring, card checks, bookings, timesheets and site paperwork live in one place instead of across spreadsheets, group chats and email threads.
We are building it as an AI software project. Smart matching ranks workers by quality and distance and scores applicants against vacancies, and the managed packages further down use AI for surveys, planning and monitoring. People still make the final call. The same core is being extended into robotics and more software services, which you can read about under Innovation.
